Faculty/Staff

Any new faculty/staff member who wishes to park their vehicle on campus has the opportunity of purchasing an Green, Aggie Terrace, or Yellow permit.  Faculty/staff parking assignments are also made for specific parking areas in closer proximity to their employment location.  The faculty/staff member must request to be placed on a waiting list by contacting the Parking Office at 797-3474 or by filling out the waiting list form below.

 Faculty/Staff Parking Assignments

In order to improve the convenience for faculty and staff when purchasing parking permits, the expiration date for faculty/staff permits is March 15.  Letters indicating the faculty/staff assignments are sent in the spring of each academic year.  Faculty and staff have until the designated deadline to accept their assignment, at which time their assignment will be lost and the individual will be returned to the waiting list.  Additional assignments will be made based on the number of faculty and staff who obtained their permit by the deadline.  During each academic year, the parking areas are assessed to determine usage subsequent assignments are made accordingly.

Nonexpiring permits are now available for contract benefit eligible employees.  Payroll deduction for the cost of the permit is required.  Please contact our office if you have any questions concerning the nonexpiring permits.  797-3414
