Faculty and Staff Parking for Graduation
Message from President Cockett
Utah State University’s 134th Commencement exercises take place across campus on Thursday, May 6th and Friday, May 7th. Commencement is a celebration for us all as we recognize the academic achievements of our students. It is also a time to thank our students, as well as their families and friends, for their support of our graduates. In recognition of this time of celebration, we are asking that our faculty and staff free up parking next to the commencement venues on May 6th and 7th. Thank you for helping us make commencement a wonderful experience for everyone.

Parking Relocation for Graduation
Faculty and staff members with Green, Black, Red and Gateway Terrace parking permits may need to alter parking plans for those two days as we accommodate the family and friends of our graduating students. The parking lots surrounding the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum and Fine Arts buildings are reserved for commencement visitors. Permit holders may park in the structures, however, space will certainly be limited. Other parking options are listed below.
Green parking permit holders that park near the Spectrum will need to park in the Yellow Terraced lots below the Spectrum or the Green Stadium East parking lot for those two days. Black , Red and Gateway permit holders will need to park in Gray 2 near Bullen Hall and Central Suites, or the Blue lot south of highway 89. See the attached map for details on these locations.
Thank you for your patience and understanding as we host our many visitors during this important celebration. Please contact the Parking and Transportation office with any questions you may have.
