University Vehicle Rental Requirements

• All reserved vehicles must be picked up by 4:45pm, unless prior arrangements have been made
• You must be 18-years of age, or older (21-years for Mini Buses or 9+ passenger vehicles)
• Vehicles are only available for rent by USU employees and students
• The State of Utah requires all drivers complete the Defensive Driver Training course
• Use your A# as your "Operator ID" to login to the portal
• Reservations must be made using the A# of the person driving the vehicle
• A University Index number must be entered into the comments field during the reservation process
• Enter your Travel Authorization number in the comments field during the reservation process
  
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of pick-up time will be charged $25 fee
• Return all vehicles with a full fuel tank to avoid a $10 fuel charge
